Duplicate awards are available online. Follow the instructions below to order a customized duplicate award for you,
your associates or your client. All awards are custom engraved and take up to 1 - 3 month before shipping. Before

How do I submit my duplicate awards order?
To order a duplicate award, you must follow the on line Order Form steps 1. Complete your contact information,
2. Find your winning entry in our Winning Search Form. 3. Indicate the quantity of awards you are ordering and
which part of the world you are shipping it to. 4. Approve the look of your award graphics (print a copy for your record).
5. Select the repeat button to order a different award and repeat steps 1 through 5 as needed. 6. After selecting the
duplicate award you wish to order, proceed to checkout.

How do I make a payment for my duplicate awards?
Payment is required before we can process your order and can be made by Credit Card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard), or by check in US Dollars.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Because each order is custom-made, we require 1 - 2 month from the time of payment to fulfill orders. Shipping may take an additional 1 - 4 weeks.
How do I check on the status of my order?
To inquire about the status of your order, send an email to Joan.Lombardo@maaw.org indicating the name of the
company submitting the order, your order number and the approximate date you submitted your order.
