Autumn Conference and the 2008 Globes Awards Dinner, Park Hyatt Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, October 19th-21st
*The conference business sessions start on Monday morning the 20th and finish end of day on Tuesday the 21st.
The welcome reception and 'dine around dinner' will be on Sunday evening the 19th. Most delegates will depart
on Wednesday morning the 22nd.
*Note: The room rate is $289.00 CAN single/double plus tax per night. Upgrades may be available upon special request.

special negotiated rate and is only honored if MAA books your room - the rate not avilable if booked directly with the hotel.

Member delegate fee, first person from agency is free; each additional delegate from same agency is $1,000.00
Non-Member delegate fee - $1,500.00
Honorary Member and Lifetime Members fee - $500.00
Globe Partner Members fee - $1000.00
Delegate Guest fee - $1500.00
Member's Spouses/Guests - $275.00 Includes a welcome cocktail reception, globes gala and spouse luncheon.
*Fee cannot be discounted for those spouses/guests who choose not to participate in all functions.

Children under 12 are $50.00 each and is required if child will be eating any of the MAA-oraganized meals. |
