2008 Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide, Global Academic Challenge
Team Red Ant’s “Unplug” Campaign emerged the Winner of the
MAA GLOBE in a very close contest, answering this year’s
Challenge Brief, “Change Climate Change”.
Team Green Engenuity from the University of New South Wales
in Australia and Team Ensemble from the Institute of Business
Administration at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh have
won Silver and Bronze respectively.
The 2008 Brief attracted Marketing Teams from Universities
and Business Schools in Australia, Canada, China,
Bangladesh, France, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, Philippines,
Romania, Turkey and the USA.
The International Judging Panel, comprising Academics,
Marketing Executives, Climate Change Consultants and
Promotion Marketing Agencies reported an unexpectedly high
degree of knowledge and creativity in all Entries.

by the experiential event. The methodology evaluation was well

The Red Ant Team Leader has been invited to attend the
2008 MAA GLOBES Award Ceremony, recognising the very
Best of the Best in the World on October 20th at the Park Hyatt,
Toronto, Canada to collect their GLOBE.
